Student Government

Student Government - Leadership

Student government is made up of two tiers:  class officers and student body officers.  Each grade level elects four class officers:  President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  These students, in conjunction with representatives from each grade level, run the business of their grade level.

The role of Leadership/Associated Student Body is to support the well-being of students by providing enrichment for students through activities, support of student organizations and clubs, and other extra-curricular activities.  Student body officers are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  The ASB and class officers plan school activities for the year in a leadership class.  See Mr. Toy in Room 53 for more information.

Class Council

Class Councils are a representative group of students who work to plan class events and fundraisers.  The 7th and 8th grade councils are made up of the class president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, officers-at-large, and class representatives.  The 7th and 8th grade class officers are elected/appointed at the end of the previous school year.  Representatives from grade level homerooms make up the rest of the class councils.
